User Accounts & Eligibility

To use Afina, you must:

Course Access & Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, documents, simulations, 3D models, and frameworks, are the exclusive intellectual property of Afina or its system operators. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access these materials for personal learning purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

User Responsibilities & Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

  • ✕Share, resell, or transfer access to courses or materials
  • ✕Record, download, or reproduce video content without authorization
  • ✕Use materials for commercial purposes or competitive advantage
  • ✕Engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
  • ✕Attempt to hack, breach, or compromise platform security
  • ✕Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Learning Outcomes & Certification

Afina is focused on building operational systems and executable competence, not certificates. Upon course completion, you receive documentation of your system expertise.

Payment & Refunds

Pricing and payment terms are displayed at checkout. Refund eligibility is determined on a per-course basis and communicated at enrollment.

Limitation of Liability

Afina is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits or business interruption.

Dispute Resolution
